By joining the Texas Spa & Wellness Association at any membership level, members agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, member data, internal communications, educational materials, and association resources shared within the TxSA community. Members may not disclose, reproduce, or distribute confidential TxSA content to third parties without prior written consent from the Association. This obligation survives the termination of membership.
