The Texas Spa & Wellness Association ("TxSA," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Certain areas of the Site are accessible only to registered TxSA members. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TxSA immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TxSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of the Texas Spa & Wellness Association or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 5. Member Directory

The TxSA Member Directory is provided exclusively for the professional networking purposes of TxSA members. Information contained in the directory may not be used for commercial solicitation, bulk email campaigns, or any purpose other than legitimate professional communication between TxSA members. TxSA does not guarantee the accuracy of directory listings and is not responsible for the content submitted by individual members. Members may opt out of directory visibility at any time through their profile settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TxSA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. TxSA makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Texas Spa & Wellness Association, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if TxSA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
