By entering into a Vendor Partner agreement with the Texas Spa & Wellness Association at any level, partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, member data, internal communications, and association resources shared in connection with the partnership. Partners may not disclose, reproduce, or distribute confidential TxSA content to third parties without prior written consent from the Association. This obligation survives the termination of the partnership agreement.
